Online Manual?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know of a sight that has online manual? What I would like to see is what pin and wire is for the transmission that sends the signal to the solenoid A of my transmission 4L60E. And also would like to see where the solenoid A is and how hard it is to replace if I have to do that.

I will end up going to the library, but easier and faster if I can get it from online

thanks in advance for any info.

Yes, manuals are available on-line from Alldata. But it costs. I've got a subscription for my 2000 K2500 (old body style). I can pull-up the wiring diagram for the 4L60E but it will be somewhat different for the 2001. I've found it convenient to have access to this, cheaper than buying the paper versions although may not be as complete and it takes a bit of time to figure out how to navigate to the right place most efficiently.

See http://www.alldata.com/ and check the box labelled "for the automotive enthusiast"
