First dent/sratches-need some help

Dammit!!!! Well here's a pic of my first dent and set of scratches in my truck. I did this one going through a trail and I didn't notice a rock pile off to the side. Anywho, does anyone know what I could do to maybe get this out or atleast make it not look as bad? I got some touch-up paint to cover some of the scratches up for now but wish it was the way it was the day I drove it off the lot. Any input would be awesome. Still can't believe I did this to my new truck, I guess next time I venture off the beatin' path it wont be at night.

I'm guessing the best thing you can do is go to a body shop...

 

You could always add some nerf bars to hide the damage.

LOL that's the first thing that came to my mind. Buy nerf bars it will cover it up and also protect it from next time.

I would check a Paintless Dent Removal place to take out the dent, but for the scratch there isn't much you can do... I guess try buffing it to see if it gets some out.

Be proud of the damage. It tells people that you actually use the truck.

d**n, that sucks I second the notion of the bodyshop, but be prepared to be shocked
