I priced an Extreme online, MSRP was 20K.  The one i priced was a reg cab reg bed, id hate tuh see how much a extended cab sport side would cost.

The one's I've seen on dealer lots are more like 16-17k for what you are describing.

Actually i was looking at a loaded extend cab Xtreme with a 5 speed and in CDN dollars it was 31000.. For the extra 1000 dollars i got a loaded 4x4 that i can actually use all year round here..  I really like the look of them but they are really pricy!! the Xtreme option is about 3500 bucks here which is exactly the same as my ZR2 options..
