New to the Forum Looking for Help w/ Bravada

Hello all,

 

I am new to this board.  I am helping my Father-in-law with his 1999 Bravada.  He has had it since new and has had a nagging problem that his dealer will not or cannot fix.  

 

When driving the truck at low speed on pavement, turning, it bucks like a bull.  When launching from a dead stop going straight ahead, the truck starts off smooth and then bucks once before settling in to accelerate.  

 

He was told by his dealer that the smart trak module needed replacement.  I would agree but I am having no luck finding anyone that knows anything about this problem or what part I need to order to fix his truck.  I did find that a TSB was issued about this (#99-04-21-005A) but I cannot find the text of this TSB.

 

Anyone have any ideas for us?  I would like to help him out and get this truck running smooth, it is too nice a vehicle to allow it to behave that way.
