let's say when it's ready to be packaged, it's 4-5' long, and 1"x1" wide/thick. so you get a 2"x2" box, that's 44-5 feet long, and wrap up the item so it's not damaged, right? not according to BMW-Online & SDI marketing . The box was about 5 feet long, 4 feet tall, and abour 8 inches thick:, which a heck of a lot of packaging cardboard paper

What a hoot! It looks like they sized the box based on the full size of the flag. Did they charge you extra shipping for the oversized box?
