big ol' tires

does anyone know of a site that will show you compared pictures of 265s, 285s, and 305s? I know there saw something with a jeep wrangler that showed what it would look like with a 1", 2", 3", 4", 5", or 6" lift. And then you could select three different tire sizes with it, and it would show you what it looked like. Does anyone have a pic of stock Z71 with 305s?

I don't know if 305's will fit. I have a 93 Z71 and with 285?75/16's(33's) my tires will rub if I turn all the way, or really flex the suspension. If you get a set of long add a leafs, and crank up your torsion bars you might get away with it, but expect to either adjust your inner fender wells and wheel openings with a B.F.H. oryour tire will do it for you.

I have an 02 Z71 with 305's on it, they fit fine with no rubbing....granted I do have the torsion bars raised and the back end is lowered with the 2" drop shackles.

Shackels make the truck go down, not up. Who would want to do that to a 4x4

They actaully are longer than the stock shackles making the truck hang off the spring lower.

No, I didn't have to trim anything. Tires fit perfect, several of my buddies are running this tire with no problems..

I like the shackles because it completely gets rid of the "stink bug" look the trucks come with...and now the truck has a raked look to it, very cool IMO

One question... How can you have a raked look if the Tbars are cranked up and you put drop shackles in the rear?
