'99 Blazer Battery Problem

I have a '99 Blazer w/side-mounted battery. Corrosion out the a$$...long story short, the positive cable broke off where the cable lug connects...trying to fix myself but don't know much about this stuff. Do you need a new cable, just the lug, or both?? Any suggestions would be fantastic, as I would like to avoid catching any grief from my wife on this (it's her truck).
