OK I want to get some power out of my stock 5.7L 350 w/AC and I've been staring at my new Jegs catalog for like an hour now and I cant decide if I should swap out the TBI for a performer pro flow EFI system witch claims a gain of 95+ HP or bolt on a supercharger I figured I could always add a NOS kit to the EFI system for that extra kick But this is my daily driver and I want to keep it somewhat streetable:driving: any thoughts?

How about a crate engine? Cheaper than a supercharger and will give you just as much. Then you get to mod the crate engine too!

well iwas looking to bump it up from the stock 220 hp to at least 350 hp

but I need to do it somewhat cheaply ( I havent won the lotto yet )

I'm looking to spend around $3500-$4000 I guess that kinda kills the super charger idea but my buddies got a set of .202 heads that i can pick up for $50 but I'm not sure if they would work for my application I also picked up a set of after burner flowtech headers to start the exhaust. I was looking at some chips as well but i'm not to sure of the power gains. I'm kind of worried about the stock tranny too cause it shifts hard. my roomates 97 Z71 shifts nice and smooth mabye im looking for a lot from a 90k motor i dont know

and i'd love to pick up a crate engine but its just a little over my price range plus the motor thats in it is stong just needs a little kick in the a$$ It doesn't leak or burn a drop of oil and the compression is good too
