lifted truck shocks

I'd like to put a 14" lift on my 01 silverado. The kit I want has dual front shocks and dual rear shocks. I have a question, my car is an 88 camaro and has Gabriel air ride shocks. They are adjustable just pull up to the gas station and put air in and the rear lifts up, or take air out and the rear goes down. In pa the bottom of your bumper can't be over 30". I want to know if would be possible to put the same kind of shocks and a compressor on a lifted truck. So that I can lower and lift it anywhere on the road, or when I get pulled over. I don't know of any way to put airbags an a lifted truck, but if anyone know how can you tell me.

The only way you could bag a lifted truck front and rear to do what you are wanting is by doing a SFA conversion.

You could put air bags in the rear and do exactly like you are wanting but the front you can not with IFS. It will throw the camber WAY off and be very unsafe to drive. Pluss it would not go up and down that much..
