Water Pump torque specs for 97 Tahoe

Will be changin out water pump on '97 Tahoe tomorrow. Have everything I need except torque specs for intalling new cast iron waterpump. Anyone know this one?

I don't have the specs, but I'm told you will need a special "J" tool to remove the pulley.
