10,100 acres burned so far as it says. Really blows too. The smoke trapped in the humidity, making the 100+ degree weather even worse. It's burning in the Geysers, so they shut part of the plant down, but luckily it didn't effect any of us in Sonoma County, or at least over in my part. They showed a pic of someone losing their "weekend home", bah, thats nothing...

Very true it is no fun. I still remember the fireballs rolling down the street from a wildfire we had in our neighborhood when I was kindergarten and then later in the winter we had an El Nino so had the mudslides..
