Squeaks and Rattles

Ok guys, it seems that after I fix one squeak, rattle, or creak a new one pops up. The problem now is when the brakes are cold I have a squeak coming from teh front calipers. When I lightly, very lightly press on the brakes teh squeak goes away. Also when teh pads heat up the squeak is reduced/eliminated. And... it seems that when I go over a bump I can here a looseness/rattle from the front brake calipers also. This rattle is also eliminated when you lightly step on the brakes.

 

So, it seems that the front brake pads are rattling around in the caliper... Have you guys ever had this problem before? How have you fixed it? I'm thinking about buying caliper lube and lubing up the brake pad slides.

 

FYI - 2004 2wd, rcsb, 5.3, 7000 miles.
