in the hole under the tailgate. My dad wants one & I seem to remember someone talking about them a year or more ago. Anyone know what they are called or have a link .

Mountaineer Tom or anyone who might know, when you ordered from GMparts Direct your heavy duty series light for under the tailgate was it just the lamp or does the wiring harness come with it too? Thanks!

It came with a pig tail of wire that is suppose to plug into another plug on the harness for the trucks that come with those lights. I just clipped it off and spliced into the park light wiring, and a ground, I think.
