keyless entry problem

On my 00' today i went to lock the doors and the remote didnt work so well. I had to hit the lock button a few times to get it to lock. then it wouldnt unlock unless i hit it a few times again. I checked the battery and tried the other keyfob and had the same result. Any ideas??

This happened to me a while back. First, make sure the battery is good in your key fob. Radio Shack will check it free. If that's not the problem, stand next to the door of your ride and hold down the "lock" and "unlock" buttons at the same time for seven to ten seconds. At this point the door locks should cycle and you will be good to go.
