Have you ever performed preventive maintance on the brake system meaning flushing the fluid? Also clean the tone rings and the sensors on the front axles. :seeya:

i just replaced the cv on the passenger side because i broke it but when it broke it destroyed the bearing and the sensor along with the caliper bolts so do you think it could be the driver side sensor or tone ring

You have a bad abs wheel sensor what you need to do is put a scan tool on it a drive around 3-6 mph and put your foot on the brake pedal and see what wheel shown it is stoped when you are still going around 4 or 5 mph with your foot on the pedal then you will have to change the wheel bearing on that wheel because the sensor is inside the bearing....

You can also take the fuse out of the abs (60 amp) untill you get it fixed BUT YOU WILL NOT HAVE AITILOCK BRAKES IT WILL BE LIKE TH OLD DAYS>>>>>

First place I'd look would be at the passenger's side bearing. Make sure it's properly torqued and that there's no debris in there from the repair.

I had a '93 Yukon once and the technician knocked a few teeth off of the reluctor ring when replacing the left balljoint. I pulled the ABS fuse and ordered a new reluctor ring. The sensor saw that the left wheel was not in sync. with the right and in turn applied more brake pressure to the right.

well i already pulled the fuse about a week ago and i retorqued the wheel brg thinking it was a possibility but that didn't help much. i even torqued it to the alldata spec of 165 ft lbs
