Welcome to the Forum :seeya:

I dont know about the '03, but if its like my '95 you need to pull the instrument cluster out to get to the gauge face plate.....you will need to remove the dash bezel and the cluster is held in by 4 10mm screws and just pull towrards you

Yea, just like citydriver said. The bezel just pops off, then there should be 4 screws holding the cluster in. Once it's unbolted you'll have an electrical connector or two, and it should come right out. With the cluster on a bench, you'll be able to see how the clear cover is secured...I think it's just clipped on.

Hello all--new here. When you take the bezel out the plastic cover will be attached via glue, blocking you access to the bezel. The gauges will be easily accessed, but the only way to put a billet cover over the bezel is to get the plastic off. A heat gun is really the only option, as you have to heat up the adhesive enough that the cover can be peeled off. I broke mine in the 02 a few years ago trying to put an aluminum silver cover in.........I threw it away and had to buy a new OE bezel, which only cost $30. Anyhow, if you take your time you might be able to get it off without breaking, but be prepared to have to buy another bezel.
