will a 2004 2005 Escalade Denali Navigation Radio work in my 2003 gmc Sierra .

it has the radio that has the BOSE cd player in it

It will not be plug N play with the denali/escalade nav HU, but you can do it

Which one 2004 or 2005 model? The Touch screen is the 05 unit (2 types but the luxury type is the one from the Escalade or Denali, of course) the 04 is an INR (Joystick) From a Denali or Escalade. Either way, from those, it needs the class II amp and a rewire.
