Is this just www.carsdirect.com , or does GM no longer makes a 5.3 w/ manual?

 

Geez GM, by the time I order my Silverado which will be in mid 2006 ... will there be any options left???

The automakers say that by 08 a manual trans will be history. Automatics are about 75-80% of the market and with traffic congestion the way it is goodby to the Auto. the good news is GM truck will be getting a 6 speed for the 06 model yr.
