04/05 Silverado Hood & grill

Has anyone tried to install the 05 hood onto a 04 Silverado?

I was told that the grill & lights would also need changed, anything else?

What about the lights? Will they need to be changed?

i saw a pic of one that just bolted the hood on and i think modified the grille a little bit. didn't look great because the lines on the hood and the grille didn't line up.

I changed mine..

not sure if this counts or not, my 2004HD ext cab had about 1800 miles on it I took it to the dealer and swapped for a crew cab 2005HD... now I have the new look and more features... DIC this time, not to mention the crew upgrade and many other options... cost me less to do this then it would have to buy the parts and have them painted.

 

so my signature now needs updated....
