Computer chip update

I thought I remember reading a post a while back about an update to the chip firmware on th 5.3L.  I'm taking the Av in next week for some minor tweaks and wanted to get the latest version...if there is one.  I've got a slight knock on engine start.

I havent seen or read about this but would be interested since its the motor I have......hmmm
