Went to the dealer today and they found a silvy 05 z71 ext cab with it pretty much loaded except leather but has the captain style buckets with the console.It has a l33 option engine i think this is the h.o. one i hope anyway.

 

sticker is 35,096

minus my 95 zr2 -3500

they came back with a number of 23,965 before t/t.

It looks like a good deal to me and has the dark meltalic grey i wanted so does this seem like a good deal to all of you?

I am thinking there are about $3500 in rebates + GM is giving everyone Supplier pricing. Supplier pricing is about 1k under invoice. Off the top of my head, I would say:

 

Invoice: $31k

Supplier Pricing: -$1k = $30k

Rebates: -$3500 = $26.5k

Trade in: -$2500 = $24k

 

Hold out for an additional $1k. Never know, you may get it.

You are right, the L33 coded engine is the all aluminum HO 310 HP engine. Sounds like a reasonable deal to me...

I paid almost that much for my'03 Ext cab LS, but I had a smart buy trade in. If I were ready to buy another one, I'd jump at that deal.

what condition is that 95 in? how many miles? i've seen a couple 95's out here lately in OK condition with 130,000+ selling for $8-10K. maybe it would be worth it to sell it rather than trade in?
