Installation Kit for 1.5 Din Alpine

Looking for a kit that will install this head unit correctly. The install kit I bought from Walmart doesn't fit this head unit correctly. Any ideas?

I used to have an Alpine 1.5Din stereo w/o a cage. What I did was take off the bottom plate of the Ol' factory delco cassette deck and fabricated the plate onto the bottom of the Alpine HU. You will need the entire bottom plate along w/the big clips on the side to make a snug fit. Hope this helps.

I did the same thing when I installed my 1.5 din pioneer unit in my 2001 Silverado. Worked just fine.

As far as i know, they are not 1.5DIN Kits... Most if not all older GM radios are 1.5DIN and the Alpine or Pioneer 1.5DIN should fit right it. These radios include GM/Chrysler brackets for most if not all GM vehicles. The only other kits i've seen is this one
