I finally found a shop in my area and talked with the guy for an hour. He is telling me that Fabtech is the best riding lift for GMC HD's hands down.

I was thinking that CST was the way to go.

he deals 20 differant lift brands. Why is he telling me Fabtech is the way to go??

He may personally like the Fabtech or selling Fabtech maybe allows him a larger profit margin. Either way if you want a nice riding lift check out RCD. I put one on my 02 Sub and the truck rides better than it did stock. IMHO,RCD are well engineered kits and I am very happy with mine.

the shop that installed mine said the same thing but didnt stock or sell the kits. It does ride better than factory without a doubt. I do want to change the rear springs to some softer ones as I dont haul any more than 700 lbs in the bed.
