Does anyone know if the new Navigation DVD GM part number 25766903 work in a 2003 Denali Navigation system? It's sold with an '05 Cadillac with touch-screen navigation.

Which '05 Cadillac did that DVD come from? If from an Escalade, then it will work; otherwise, it might not work since the TS nav unit that's in the other non-Esky Cadillacs is different. Based on the p/n you provided, it would appear that it didn't come from an Esky...but I could be wrong.

That part no. is NOT for the GMT800 platform (full size truck and SUV), It must be from a car and I don't have those numbers to check witch one.

Just checked the DVD's and the answer is no, the software is different, the cars use Denso mapping software and the trucks and SUV's use Delphi software.
