Washed my truck yesterday. Seemed like by the time I got one side dry, the other side had a fine yellow haze.

Springtime blooms can make the scenery look good, but I can do without the pollen.

That's the truth, my blue/silver truck turned green and yellow from the pollen the other day. At least now it's raining so my car will be clean when I drive it next.

Blah, I could care less about pollen dirtying my truck. I hate pollen becasue I haven't be able to breath for the past month...for that matter I wish wind would just die, cause it is just making it worse...I HATE WIND!!!!

Ever tried one of those steroid nasal sprays (Nasonex, Nasacort, Rhinocort, etc.)? They're Rx only, but work really well. You have to use them every day, whether you're symptomatic at the time or not. Takes a couple of days to really start workin'.

You name it, I have tried it. Nothing works all that well after a while for me. I end up just doubling up on various stuff. And having no insurance means I don't get Rx stuff anymore...so my new friends are Benadyrl, advil, and the occassional Zertec I steal from my mother. Ha.

I usually keep our vehicles in the garage as much as possible so that the pollen buildup takes longer. But it just figures that I'd have stuff (aka- things from a shed that recent strong winds blew apart as well as the materials for the new shed being built to contain said stuff..) filling my garage for the past two weeks, exactly in time for the worst of the pollen.

I just finished the shed and putting all the "stuff" into it so that we have our garage back. Not nearly in time though, since both my lighter blue (Arrival Blue) Silverado and the darker blue (Navy Blue) Malibu appear to have a yellow powder coat finish, not least when viewed from the driver's seats.
