GM has one,but its not cheap at a list of $368.00,Its part number 12498846 and it is lockable,I know there are other companies out there that make them,I just don't know who,but I'm sure other guys on here will know.

I got this thing from JC Whitney's - it keeps stuff from rolling out from under the seat and also hides things from view. But it's not a true storage bin like the others- just a piece that wraps clear around under the seats from one side mounting bracket to the other. The rear is still open, there's no bottom, etc. Made of heavy plastic like some of those kids' storage chests you can buy at Toys'R'Us. Costs under $200 too (the big reason I didn't get the GM was the price).

Edit: I also looked at that one offered on performanceproducts.com. Priced a bit lower than I paid but the plastic looked a lot flimsier in all the pics I found.

Edit 2: The one I have is made by BesTop, and is pretty sturdy (for not being a true "bin"- BesTop under seat storage module for Silverado

(says for 93-03, but worked perfectly in my 04)

I have the DU-HA underseat storage unit and it works great! Do a google search for DU-HA and it will come up, paid about $180 for it and couldn't be happier.

I didn't want a permanent underseat box because I fold up the rear seat when carrying the dog and she spreads out back there on the floor. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a pair of small plastic toolboxes that fit perfectly under the rear seat and on top of the husky liners. I carry basic tools, fuses, and gloves in the left box and cargo straps, hitch lock, and other small towing / hauling stuff in the right box. The toolboxes go in the bed when the dog is along.

Greg, that is dog abuse!! If my dog didn't get to sit on the seat when we go for a ride, he would probly look at me and say "You have GOT to be kidding me!", turn around and walk back in the house!! :)
