How much fuel pressure am I supposed to have at the bleeder valve at the back of the throttle body? 98 chevy 5.7 vortec. Im reading about 16 pounds.

Way too low... should be around 60 PSI

Had trouble with the boys S-10. He had 45# at the fuel rail and it wouldn't start. Was told by GM tech that is a neighbor that ther should be minimum of 60# at start up and could drop to around 40# once running. Any less than 60# and these fuel injected engines won't start.
