touch screen nav install

Have 05 sierra denali 4dr. Dealer tried to install oem touch screen. reprogrammed cab cpu and bose amp NO Sound. Help

Did they set up the nav radio? I don't really have any experience with these as I work for Chevy and not many chevy owners pop for the high end options. In fact, so far, I recall having seen only one of these radios in a new truck.

 

Setup for the nav radio is done within a menu option in the tech 2. It's not done with service programming like 99% of the other modules.

 

That's about all I can tell ya. The dealer has plenty of resources to call for assistance. Techline, TAC, etc.

thanks hoping thats the fix. I took the truck to a local chevy dealer that i have had good service from for many years.
