anyone with a standard transmission and a cat-back exhaust get little backfires between shifts. If so anyone know why or how to fix it. I can live with it, but wanted to know if anyone else had a problem. It never did it with stock exhaust on it.

thanks,

i have a corsa cat back kit honestly i belive your hearing the truck shifting from neutral to the next gear alot like you would have in a stick shift if you push the clutch in and then shift, that inbetween time would be neutral and cause the motor to rev high. i just installed the dynatech supermaxx headersystem on top of the corsa and now with high-flow cats, headers, and the corsa system this sound inbetween shifts is amplified. so unless you have a connection loss id say dont sweet it...
