Transmission problem

Need a little help here.

 

On my dads 92 GMC 2wd, the clutch will not release to shift to a different gear. All we hear is it griding. Have bleed the system and i'm 100% there is no air in the line, looked at the peep whole and the slave is moving the clutch arm back and forth, just not enought to relase it.

 

Any other ideas on what to check on this.

 

Removed the tranns to replace the clutch, got all back together no problems, and not can't get it into gear, the truck is setting up on ramps(not sure if that is a problem or not).

 

There is no adjustments we can fine on the clutch pedal???
