05 Crew Buckets & Console mod

Did anyone here change from a fold down console to a full bose console on a silverado 2005 and manage to make the rear audio controls work? I have a base radio cd HU and I wanna change it and buy the required harness to make the rear controls work with the console I bought which also came from a Silverado 2005. Any ideas? Thanks

In my '04 I installed the rear audio controls. Although my truck had bose and captain's chairs. But, to do so I had to order the unit and harness from GM. I wanna say it all was around $300 or less. But, you have to remove the entire center console up to the radio. It took about 3 hours. But it was worth it and it all worked perfect.

I got the center console and it has the rear audio control in it but I went to GM dealer here and he couldn't find the P/N for the harness. Do you by any chance know the part number for it or do you know of any way to get it?. Also, the harness, does it go straight up from the console to the radio or it goes to the body harness and ties up somewhere to the dash harness. Thanks.

I've got an '05 with this setup. I've seen it written, that it is a 6 speaker system and has a powered sub. Is this hidden in the console? (Amp and sub)

 

What do we realy get with the bose system?
