Avanti bed for Dodge trucks

Yep,It is,We worked on one here in the body shop and needed parts for the tailgate.

Our body shop manager thought it was pretty neat of them to use a GM tailgate on a Dodge :D

The "lines" or creases on the tailgate don't match up with the bed.

I guess what I am saying is that the bed has none, but the tailgate has some.

???????????????

If you are going to design and manufacture a "quality" bed, why not do the same with a tailgate?? This will allow for a matching type tailgate handle too.

Just my thoughts.

Have you ever seen an Avanti car?

The last thing they are worried about is matching lines and good looks.

Shame on you. All the Avanti II's from 1966 to 2000 had GM V8's and GM transmissions with Raymond Lowey styling and a fiberglass body with no straight body lines. :D

Not much on looks, but at least they ran well.
