Rear License Frame Mount

Hello, I just ordered a custom rear license plate frame, but the holes are on the bottom instead of the top. I want to use the frame, how do you suggest I mount the frame and license plate...thanks for your help. I have a Sierra Denali

Take a look at the frame. There's probably two tabs on the top of the frame that can hook over the license plate. So, what you'll need to do is attach your license plate to the truck using the top holes, then hook the plate frame over the top edge of the plate and secure it to the bottom of the plate with two fasteners through the bottom holes.
