How to clean fuel injectors?

I took the fuel rails off my 5.3 and am replacing the o-rings on my fuel injectors. What do you guys suggest I do to clean the injectors? Or should I even mess with them? Thanks

Dont mess with them unless you are going to send them to a shop to get them cleaned. In that case they put them on a machine and force a cleaning solution through the injector in both directions. I wouldnt just go spraying them with carb cleaner or anything. Chevron injector cleaner or the like will work fine.
