Help with input on a custom tune

Hey guys - I've got my spare 2004 PCM and will be sending it off to Jesse SOON for a tune. I know there are a lot of members with experience with this - I'd like to know what options everyone selected for their tune, which ones are performing the best, which options they are happy with or not, etc. Trying compile a list for a quote "ultimate" tune, which I know there's not such a thing but this way I can get pretty close.

Thanks for everyones input!! :D

I got the mileage tune for my 4.8 4 X 4, reg cab. I had 50 TM, firmer shifts and for gas mileage. It drives a lot smoother. My Fiance even liked it, after she drove it, its funny because she first disapproved of it. She told me the truck didnt have to shift going up hills, so to me that sounds like it got more power from the tune.

Does your tranny Downshift when it should now? And did you change the shift points at all?
