Absolutely.... I'm running 32's on mine. I did put a couple cranks to the t-bars, tho...

I ran 33's on a stock 96 Z with no problems, I'm sure you'll be fine with 31's on your's.

what are 265 75 16? Thats what came stock on mine.

265 75 = 31

285 75 = 33

315 74 = 35

 

 

265's are option on stock chevy 1500's

Wouldn't 265/70/17's still equal 33" ? I was just wondering since my 05 has 17's but it came with 265/70's.

Chad H Yeah they are close also. all the tires above are actually a hair shorter. Being metric once the calculatins are made the 315 comes out to 34.8 or so. They are all within a 1/4 inch. Although the rim sizes are different the tire manufacturers take this into acount and a 35" is close to 35 no matter the rim size.

 

Also the 70 series tires are a hair shorter than 75 series.(5%) so a 70 series 265 is probably 30.5"

Yeah, I did some calculating on my 04 when I lifted it. I believe 285/75/16's come out to be about 32.8". Would 265/70/17's be that tall? I am just wondering would it look the same because I am debating on moving up to a 285/70/17 but with 3:42 gears that's gonna be a bitch!!
