Removing lower window trim?

I have some rust bubbles forming under the paint at the bottom corners of door glass above the door handles. How difficult is it to remove the 1 inch wide piece of trim that goes across the bottom of the door glass. I want to try and touch up the paint but I want to get all of it if it won't be too difficult.

You have to remove the mirror and then it just pushes up on the front. The back of it has a tab that fits under the door edge. So pull the front up and then free the back before pulling it up.
