DTC CODES ON MY 8.1L

I have a 2001 2500HD 4x4 CC with the 8.1L/Allison combo that has 87K on it, the service engine light came on and so I bought one of those dtc readers, the codes I am getting are P0342 which is a cam sensor low, and a P1518. The truck is running just fine, if anyone has any info on what exlacty these mean and if I should worry about them, please let me know.

Do a search on this forum. I was experiencing the same problems.
