Your truck either has or does not have air injection. If your truck has a/i then you need headers with an a/i bung. Look for an air pump at the front of your motor with hoses run to your exhaust manifold.

 

A simplified explanation of Air injection is an air pump run off your belt to pump air into the exhaust to help reduce smog emissions. The only bad part of a/i is more crap to break/get in the way and a small amount of parasitic drag on your engine.
