help me diagnose

Recommended Posts

i have a 99 tahoe w/ a 5.7. i have a problem with it choking out if i accelerate quickly. i have installed new wires, plugs, cap, rotor. i just replaced the fuel pump. i performed the leak down test to see if it is the fuel pressure regulator. any suggestions?

i have a tune from jesse that is not on my truck(had to send it back to tweak the shifting issues)it does not do it as bad with the tune on.

Check or replace the air filter?

If you changed to anything other than ACDelco plugs, that could easily be your problem based on posts from others and my own experience.

this sounds like a problem with the crankshaft position sensor when they start to go bad they tend to do that
