1999 chevrolet silverado p1416

ran a scan on truck came up with p1416 air system fault bank 2 and c0265 ebcm relay circuit . The abs system has a problem there is a box under the came on the frame that a loud buzzing noise comes from the only way to get it to stop is to pull the big 60 amp fuse from under the hood . What are these and how do i go about fixing them thanks

The EBCM (module on the ABS) needs to be replaced. It's a very expensive part, but I understand there are places on the internet that specialize in repairing the modules for considerably less.

 

The P1416 may be a bad check valve on that bank.

where would that be located at under the hood?
