What should I do?

After months of driving around with my T-bars cranked and bouncing all over the road I finally had them dropped back to stock and what a difference; I love my truck again. The only thing I hate is the serious rake (drop in the front) my truck has and would like to either do a mild 2-3" body lift or go ahead and spend the money on a 3" suspension lift. I travel out of my truck so I would like to keep a good ride. What are the pro's and con's of both? I know the suspension lift is more $$$, but may be willing to do it. My truck is a 2004 2500 Crew 4X4 currently running 285's. Any idea's would be helpful.

Thanks

How would lifting the body of the truck 3" going to help with rake?

Most lift kit's for the chevys take this into consideration. My 6" lift was 6" in the front and 2" add aleaf and a 5" block removing the 2" factory block for a total of 5" for the rear. This takes the rake out.

The only wah to remove the rake is raise the front or lower the rear.
