Got new REVOS

Recommended Posts

Okay, I've be skeptical of all the posts on the Bridgestone Revos. Honestly I've never had all that much good luck with Bridgestone tires, BUT (and this is a big but) I had a set of REVOS installed yesterday on my 04 Crew. The truck seems like a different vehicle. I didn't realize how soft the sidewalls of the OEM tires must have been. The truck goes through curves like its glued. Also, they are quiet. I know noise is subjective, but they are similar to the factory Bridgestones in noise, except they do not squall in cornering. (Yeah I know all of this has been said before) but it really is true. Now if only they'll last for more than the 17k my OEM's did. Anyway for all of those looking for tires, you can believe what you read on here. The REVOS do stand out, at least in my first impressions.

vroten

Glad you like them. I am a BFG AT guy thru and thru, owning several sets of BFG tires, but you guys are making me seriously consider these REVO's next time a set is due.

I guess I am of the theory, "If it isn't broke, don't fix it." when it comes to quality tires. I may just ignore my theory next time.

Yeah im right there with you over 130,000 thousand miles on two sets of bfg at tires on my 95 zr2 and not one flat or tire related problem!I understand the revos are a good tire also but imo i still think the bfg is the best looking tire much better then the revos and i already know that the bfg ko line is a solid tire especially traction wise, so really it's a matter of opinion because both tires are a solid choice imo.And i think a wooden wheel would be a upgrade from this crap chevy is throwing on there truck rims!
