Throttle Body Rattle?

I am having the hardest time pinpointing a rattle on my truck. I am wondering if there is anything in the throttle body that can become loose and have a significant rattle. The noise only takes place when I have my foot on the pedal. And the rattle is more significant when I am accelerating or the engine is under strain from climbing a hill or pulling a load. It sounds like a loose piece of metal bouncing around. Ideas?

Hahaha, its called spark knock. Try 89 or 93 gasoline.

 

Or you could go max and use type B jet fuel. Hee hee. Just KIDDING!
