Any Canadian customers have a wait4me tune?

I am debating about ordering a tune from Jesse (keeping my stock pcm), and I am wondering if there are any Canadian readers here who have purchased one of his tunes. My only question is approximately what was the final cost in Canadian dollars all said and done.

 

I'm not sure if duty, brokerage fees apply.....or is it simply the exchange rate.

 

Can anyone give me some insight. And to those north of the border who have a wait4me tune, what was the waiting time from order to delivery?

I would be interested in this as well. My roommate and I are in Canada and are also curious of the final cost. I have been stung before ordering from the US. (Do not recommend UPS--- hidden brokerage fees).

The US Postal Service has international rates on the web site. Go there and put in the postal codes and figure it out. Wait4Me zip code is 46582.
