Roll pan/rear valence suggestions

I was going to sell my truck but I decided to keep it at least for now.

 

Any suggestions on a rear roll pan for my truck? I am thinking about replacing the factory rear bumper with something that looks a little 'cleaner'. I don't want anything that has tail lights or holes for exhaust pipes. I am also looking for something high quality.

 

Anyone have some suggestions/pics of what has worked for them? (Brands, install headaches, etc)
