8.1 cold starting sputter?

My 8.1 has started a new thing lately. When I go to start it in the morning, either in the garage or outside, it doesn't matter, the truck has a very rough idle and sputtering for a few seconds before it idles normally. Any ideas?

Injector deposits? This often causes a misfire cold that clears up fairly quickly. Don't see 8.1's around here very often, so I couldn't say if it's as big a problem with those as it is with the 4.8/5.3/6.0.

Well, it started doing it with my stock injectors. When I recently installed the Whipple, I went to brand new 44 lb. injectors and it still does it?!?!
