Is this a good deal on a 2500 suburban???

Hey Guys,

 

Newbie here. I am looking for a BIG SUV. It has to be american and the Excursion is out. That thing drives like crap.

 

I did find a 2001 Chevy Suburban 2500 , 8.1 liter, autoride and every option except sunroof with 40,600 miles. One owner and clean car fax and no paint work. The seller wants $17,500. I think this is a pretty good deal. Is there anything I should look for on the 2001 Suburban?

 

Can the denali projector head lights fit on the suburban?

Sounds in the ball park for a 2500.. is it a 4X4?

Keep in mind that the market got real soft on those when the gas was 3$ and they were being traded in left and right.

Does he owe that much for payoff or does he own it outright?

YES it is a 4X4. He does own it outright. I will buy it for $17,500, but I am going to offer him $16,000 and go from there.
