numerous annoying noises

i got an 05 silverado cc in june and have had many annoying noises. so far the rear drive shaft something in the steering and the ipc (i think) have been replaced. i still have these problems and was wondering if you know of what they are. the driveshaft used to snap so the it was replaced and now it squeeks like a bad u-joint. there is a clicking in the dash which the ipc was supposed to fix but it's still there (doesn't matter if the heater is on or not). there is also something with the steering. it used to shake when you would hit a bump now it feels like the power steering is going out when i turn it in a parking lot. i'm really getting tired of going to the dealer more then the gas station. any ideas will help

 

also...there are 13000 miles on it already so i'd like to get this all worked out by the 36k
