2006 5.3L Mods

I am asking ya'll to tap into your Vast knowlegede base contained in this forum and give a GM Newbie some advice on what mods to do on my 06 Sierra 5.3L

 

I know i am going to do exhaust and Intake but i am wonderining what else i can do to juice some horses out of my motor

I haven't done the headers yet. Have to take things in stages to keep the wife from shooting me. Of course the ultimate would also be to add the supercharger. But as the previous poster showed look at the signature and you will note we both have done the Westers tune. Excellent performance in my opinion.

Then you can take it further if you want. Electric fans, headers (long tubes), cam etc etc..

Well thanks guys i bought my volant today and am gonna do a westers 91/93 once my next paycheck comes out. and i already have E-fan, they came with the truck
